We are an electrical contracting company looking for Journeyman, Mechanical, and Apprentice electricians that are extremely dependable to join our team. Our work is throughout the Sarasota area. The individual will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment, as well as implementing safety at all times. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
• Perform bends on conduit
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment

Skills:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in the electrical trade required
• Able to work well on a team
• Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Hand-eye coordination
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
