Outsource is currently looking for a Service Coordinator with at least two years of experience for a great opportunity in Phoenix. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Low Voltage Contractor's fast paced office. You must have experience working in a Service or Construction related industry. Telecommunications/Low Voltage experience is preferred!

Service Coordinator Job:
- Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
- Coordinate and schedule work orders.
- Provide general administrative/operations support to the operations team.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, service calls.
- Dispatch technicians.
- Assist with invoicing and receivables.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Administrative support experience in a SERVICE and/or CONSTRUCTION related industry. Low Voltage industry experience preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with various computer applications.
- Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Great typing/data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced office.
- Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and background check.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
