Recruiting Sourcer 

Outsource is looking for an energetic team member who is driven, self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

• Utilize our internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates 
• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs  
• Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies  
• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates  
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team  

Job Requirements 

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college (open to all majors) 
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Microsoft Office and internet browsing 
• Interest in Recruiting and/ or Sales and Account Management
