Outsource has kicked off 2018 with a bang by further expanding its presence in the southeast by opening a new branch in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ryan Clark, who began his career at Outsource as a Recruiter in our Denver office in August 2016 was promoted to Sales and Account Management before opening the Charlotte location on January 22, 2018.

While in Denver, Ryan and Juan Gil teamed up with Account Manager Nick Lovell to take the electrical side of the business to new highs before taking on his new role. Although he has only been with the company for 18 months, Ryan is a great example of what our people can accomplish when they set goals, dig in, and go after them.

The Charlotte office will serve all of Outsource’s traditional verticals and Ryan, who is a native of nearby Lexington, SC, has been penetrating the market since December 2017. “Casey Merriman and I have been coming down here for a few months to set things up,” Ryan says. “This is a brand new market for us but there are a lot of company headquarters here and Casey and I have been meeting with customers, convincing them to give us a shot, and letting us prove what Outsource can do.”

Ryan says that the support he has received from Outsource team members all over the country has been tremendous. “People have been incredible. Executives like Shawn Dale, Steve Ebenhack, and Sam Jarvis has been unreal. They’ve really made be feel welcome and appreciated. Smita Abraham, who manages the East Coast, has gone above and beyond in helping open the office and getting me ramped up to go. In fact, people from our offices all over the country have been calling and asking what they can do to help. It’s definitely a tribute to the culture we’ve built here.”

It’s always a challenge to launch a new office, but Ryan doesn’t look at it this way. “It’s just a matter of putting in the hard work, providing excellent service to our clients, great jobs to our techs, and doing what needs to be done to succeed. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and we’re going to be here for a long time.”
