Our Staffing Services

We are the largest staffing firm exclusive to the wiring industry. Click on the badges below to learn more about the sectors we specialize in.
With branch offices in almost every major metro area across the United States, we actually interview our technicians before they arrive at your job site. In most instances, our competitors cannot interview their people simply because they do not have the network of branch locations that we have. We are the only true national provider in our space. Additionally, we specialize only in trades that involve wire. We never venture outside of this space. This allows us to build up a virtual bench of installers that we use over and over again for many years in all of our markets. So, 80% of the time, an Outsource technician has already been on our payroll for hundreds of hours before they set foot on your job site. In other words, in most cases, our technicians have been field tested before they arrive at your site. This results in a higher percentage of technicians that actually show up to work and less turnover. Less turnover means that your jobs get completed faster.

One of Outsource’s keys to success is that we foster a workplace culture built around Highly Functioning Collaborative Teams. We value collaboration & cooperation, and recognize that it has to take place in the fluid & fast-paced environment that our industry cabling-staffing-outsourcedemands. The nature of our work requires that employees be able to shift priorities as workloads fluctuate. So team members might be working on their routine local tasks one day, and the next day they might need to link up with a new group to tackle a tough project that’s cropped up across the country. Flexibility and communication are key in this environment, not just for the individual, but also for management so that we can adjust & shift resources as needed.
