Big changes are underway at the San Diego office, which serve as an overall sign of things to come for Outsource. The San Diego branch began as two employees sharing an office, but the larger suite at 4455 Morena Blvd, Suite 109 is better suited for further expansion in the market. The office is conveniently located near the San Diego Freeway and Pacific Beach, one of San Diego’s vibrant neighborhoods. The decision is a continuation of the Outsource philosophy of having offices in areas in close proximity to upscale urban areas and the amenities they offer. The investment in the dynamic new space includes a reception desk, workspace with mountable screens for six employees, a private office, and a separate break area with a conference table that can accommodate up to six people. Chao Wang, a Recruiter for the company says that the new space is spacious, modern, and user-friendly that will contribute more and more to the overall growth of the company. And Sam Hunsperger, the company’s Business Development Manager, says that as a result, they are in a great position to continue growing and dominating the San Diego market.

The company is always looking to expand and welcomes talented and ambitious individuals who understand that success depends upon a mix of productivity both in the field as well as in the office, where collaboration and the ability to work in teams is of utmost importance. Outsource is a company built on culture and the new office has cool greens and blue accent colors inspired by our corporate logo. The new layout as well as the furniture, artwork, carpet, and surfaces is the result of a collaboration between management and the input and feedback of our employees. CEO John Lowell and COO Lance Shiring, with the help of Amy Gleason, ultimately settled on a modern design aesthetic that will be applied in the near future to all of the offices in the Outsource family.
